The next most popular dish is the "100% Hokkaido Wagyu Hamburg Steak"! It was temporarily suspended due to the time-consuming preparation required, but after receiving many requests from customers to bring it back, it is finally back! At Ricasa, we do not compromise on the selection of delicious ingredients, mainly from Hokkaido.
